How we work
Every project, in the same order.
We work in five stages, from the first call to the years after launch. Each one ends with something you can see and approve before the next one starts.
5 stages
the same for a website, a store or an app
1 work order
scope, price and delivery date, signed before work starts
7 days
after launch, with a person from our team on shift 24 hours a day
The order
Five stages, one signature.
Stage three is the one that changes from service to service. Each service page explains its own steps.
First call
We learn what you need, who it’s for and what counts as a result. Then we send it back to you in a short written summary.
You get
A written summary of your goal.
We need from you
One hour, and the person who decides.
Work order
We put the scope, the price and the delivery date in writing, with a date for every step and for what we need from you. We start when you sign.
You get
The work order, ready to sign.
We need from you
Your signature.
The work
We follow the steps of your service, in order. Each one ends with something you can see and approve, and we start the next one once you sign off.
You get
Something to review at the end of every step.
We need from you
Your approval or your changes, on the dates in the work order.
Delivery
We test everything before it goes live. The domain, the accounts, the code and the files are in your name, and we join as invited users.
You get
The finished work, live and in your name.
We need from you
Invitations to your accounts. You never have to share a password.
After launch
We train your team and record the training. Before handover, there’s a test: you edit a page or process an order on your own. Then, for 7 days, a person from our team is on shift 24 hours a day.
You get
Training, and a person on shift 24 hours a day for 7 days.
We need from you
The people on your team who will run it.
What we sign
The usual worries, answered in writing.
What if the date slips?
It’s in the work order, with a date for every step and for what we need from you. If something from your side arrives late, the delivery date moves by the same number of days.
Who owns the domain, the accounts and the code?
You do, from day one. We create everything in your name and join as invited users.
Will there be costs I didn’t see coming?
The work order lists what you’ll pay after launch, with amounts and renewal dates. For marketing, our fee is separate from your ad spend.
Will my team know how to run it?
We train your team and record the training. Before handover, there’s a test: you edit a page or process an order on your own.
What happens after launch?
For 7 days, a person from our team is on shift 24 hours a day. After that, we keep someone on shift if you’re on our maintenance plan.

Tell us what you need. Before we start, we’ll send you the scope, the price and the delivery date in writing.
