Realmakers is not a registered company yet: it has no legal entity or tax ID. The team works from Medellín, Colombia, and we will update these pages with the company’s details once it exists.
Who we are
Realmakers (therealmakers.com) is a web studio. We make websites, online stores on WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop or another platform, landing pages, custom software and apps. We also do branding, digital marketing, SEO, maintenance and hosting, for companies of any size, anywhere in the world.
Realmakers is not a registered company yet, and the team works from Medellín, Colombia. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the Realmakers team. When the company exists, these terms will name it.
These terms
These terms apply to anyone who uses therealmakers.com, in English or in Spanish. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
They cover the site only. Each service is governed by the work order signed by the client who hires it.
Using the site
You can browse the site, share its links and quote it with a link to the source. You may not:
- Use it for anything illegal
- Try to enter its admin panel or any part that is not public
- Interfere with how it works or overload it, for example with mass automated requests
- Copy its texts or images and present them as your own
Prices and work orders
The prices on the site are approximate, in US dollars (USD) and before taxes, and may change with the requirements of each project. They are not a binding offer.
The scope, price and delivery date that count are those in the work order you sign, which has its own terms. If your work order and these terms differ, your work order prevails.
What is ours
The texts, images, design and code of the site, and the name and logo of Realmakers, are ours, except for what belongs to others, such as the fonts, the code libraries and the 3D model of the hands (next section), which we use under their licenses. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without our written permission, beyond what the law allows, such as quoting with the source.
The code we wrote for the site is not open source: all rights to it are reserved.
The name Realmakers and its logo identify our studio. Do not use them to suggest that we are connected with you or endorse you.
The 3D model of the hands
The 3D model of the hands is based on “FREE GameReady [FPS Female Arms]”, by BAMEN, published on Sketchfab under the CC BY 4.0 license. We trimmed and animated it, and changed the color of one arm.
Links to other sites
The site links to other sites and services, such as the source of the 3D model of the hands. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data. Their own terms and policies apply.
No guarantees
The content of the site is general information about our services. It may contain errors or become outdated, and it does not replace your work order.
The site may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance, and we may change or remove any part of it.
Limits to our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the site or being unable to use it, by decisions based only on its content, or by the other sites it links to.
This does not limit any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud or gross negligence, or the rights that consumer protection laws give you. Our liability for each service is set in its work order.
Applicable law and disagreements
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
If we disagree about something, write to us first at support@therealmakers.com and tell us what happened. We will both try to solve it in writing and in good faith. If we cannot, the competent courts of Colombia will decide.
If consumer protection laws in your country protect you, you keep the rights those laws do not let you waive, including the right to go to the courts they name.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force. Changes apply from the day we publish them and do not alter work orders already signed.
When the company is registered, we will update these terms with its legal name, tax ID and address.
