Eight steps, in this order.
Each step ends with something you can see and approve. The next one starts after you sign off.
First call
We work out what you sell and where, how it gets paid for, shipped and taxed, and which platform fits. If you already sell online, we look at your current store.

A written summary of your store’s rules.
We need from you
Your products, your prices and the countries you ship to.
Work order
We put the scope, the price and the delivery date in writing, including who loads the products and by when. We start when you sign.

The work order and a dated plan.

Your signature, and payment accounts in your company’s name.
Catalog
We set up the import template and the category tree. Then we import a sample of your products and check it with you.

Product data and photos, and your approval of the sample.
Design
We map the route from the home page to a paid order, then design each stop: product, cart, checkout, account and emails.

Your brand files and your notes for up to 2 rounds of changes.
Build
On a private copy, we set up payments in test mode, shipping, taxes and order emails, and import your catalog.

We try every path money takes: guest checkout, failed payments, refunds, coupons, and shipping and taxes with sample addresses.

We switch payments to live, make one real purchase and refund it. Then we watch the first orders reach your team.

Handover
We train your team on orders, refunds, stock and reports, and list every license with its renewal date. For 7 days after launch, a person on shift answers around the clock.

Before you ask
The questions we hear most.
Is card data safe?
Card details go into your payment provider’s secure fields and never touch your store’s server. On our side, we set up HTTPS, two-step login and limited admin roles.
When can I start selling?
On the date in your work order. It depends on one thing from you: your product data, which has its own deadline in the plan.
What will the store cost each month?
Your platform plan or hosting, plus any paid apps or extensions. Before launch, we list each one with its amount and renewal date. Your payment provider sets its own fees.
Can my team run it without you?
Yes, and we check it before handover: your team processes an order and a refund on its own.
I already sell on another platform. What do I keep?
We put in writing what moves over: products, customers, orders and reviews. Then we redirect your old pages so search engines follow you to the new store.
