Each step ends with something you can see and approve. The next one starts after you sign off.
First call
We find out what the site has to do: who visits, what they need and what counts as a result for you. We also look at your current site and its analytics.

We put the scope, the price and the delivery date in writing, along with the dates we need your content by. We start when you sign.

We decide what each page says, in what order, and what it asks visitors to do. You see it all in wireframes before we design anything.

We write or edit the copy page by page. That way we design around the words that will go on your site.

Facts, photos and your approval.
Design
We put your brand on real pages, for phone and desktop. We start with the home page and one inner page, then move on to the rest.

The designs and a style guide.
We need from you
Your logo and brand files, and your notes for up to 2 rounds of changes.
Build
We build it on your platform, in a private copy. Layouts stay locked, and your team can change the text and images.

Tests and launch
We test the site on phones and browsers, and we check the forms, speed and accessibility. Then we publish it and redirect your old pages to the new ones so search engines can follow.

Handover
We train your team and hand over every account. For 7 days after launch, a person on shift answers around the clock.

Before you ask
The questions we hear most.
When will it be live?
On the date in your work order. It also has a date for every step and for everything we need from you. If something from your side arrives late, the delivery date moves by the same number of days.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You do. The domain, the hosting and the admin accounts are in your name from day one. We build on well-known platforms (WordPress, Shopify, PrestaShop…), so any developer can take over.
Can my team update it?
Yes, they can edit the text, images and pages. Layouts stay locked so the design holds together. Before we hand it over, someone on your team makes a live edit.
What will I pay after launch?
Domain renewals, hosting or your platform plan, plus any licenses. Your work order lists each one with its dates. Maintenance is optional.
Who answers if something breaks at night?
A person on our team. For 7 days after launch, someone’s on shift 24 hours a day. After that, we keep someone on shift if you’re on our maintenance plan.
